Founded in 2003 our mission is to provide only the very best sports nutrition products to consumers in Thailand.
Unfortunately both in Thailand and world wide, the industry has many products and brands that make crazy claims, present supplements that are not backed by research or use raw materials that are at best ineffective and at worst dangerous.
Our promise is that we will never sell you something we don’t believe in.
This is harder than it looks because many supplements simply don’t work and many manufacturers and importers are only interested in making sales.
In the largest market, the USA, regulatory oversight of the supplements industry is too weak with the result that many products are simply not up to our standards. Many leading brands regularly fail routine tests and most buy low quality raw materials from where ever is cheapest.
Our response has been to avoid the big name US companies and instead we have selected just a few brands that have a long proven track record of making supplements that actually contain what their labels say they do. We only deal with manufacturers that sell premium products and who are open and honest about what is really inside what they make. They may cost a little more but when you are taking supplements for many years continuously you need to be 100% sure about what you are consuming.
Moreover, we believe in doing things by the book so we are one of the few importers that refuse to smuggle in unregistered products. We don’t buy from resellers but only direct from manufacturers and we make sure we have actually visited their facilities and met the people who make what we sell.
The regulations for supplements in Thailand are very strict and that means it is hard to get products approved for sale. Many importers either simply smuggle in products, sell counterfeits or forge documents to get them approved for sale.
We are the official distributor for the brands that we partner with and we also only sell products that are approved by the Thai FDA. Each product has the 13 digit FDA number displayed on the outside of the tub and also on our website and we won’t sell any product that contains ingredients prohibited in Thailand.
We run an ethical business and do old fashioned things like reward our staff properly, carry comprehensive insurance, run a Thai FDA approved storage facility, maintain a proper office instead of just a website and mobile phone and, yes, actually pay all our taxes.
