Sasha has always had a passion for helping people. Whether it is to achieve their goals, or helping people achieve beyond their own expectations. 

It all started when she taught and coached children at a Swimming club while at university in Sydney. This is when she realised how rewarding it can be coaching people to achieve their goals!

Over the years, Sasha has learned a lot about herself and her clients which has lead her to take a holistic approach to health and fitness. This involves engaging and developing the whole person’s journey. 

She believes in creating a balance between lifestyle, fitness and nutrition to achieve optimal physical and mental health – but also to be happy in whatever you do. Her focus is on the long term, which means programs that her clients can sustain over the long-term to get the results they want.

Sasha also takes a high interest in continuously learning to keep up with the new research so that she can provide the best service she can to her clients. 

Since completing her PT diploma with Premier Global back in 2015, she has done further qualifications in weight loss management, kettlebell training and suspension training as well. 

She has worked with various types of clients from young, to the elderly, the sport specific and those who also need rehabilitation. 

Sasha is currently working part-time as a personal trainer, nutritional advisor and online coach in Bangkok and also works as a fitness specialist for Jason Fitness.
